UNC Charlotte Department of Dance does not require an audition for acceptance; new students will be placed in classes appropriate to their level. Admission to the Professional Training Certificate in Dance with Charlotte Ballet does, however, require an audition. To schedule an audition, contact Delia Neil, Certificate Coordinator.

We also encourage all prospective high school or transfer students to join us for our annual Fall Fest on September 28, 2024 from 1pm to 4pm. This event will follow the University’s Open House. In the Spring please admitted or prospective students can attend Dance Major Day on February 8, 2025!
